Girls varsity swimming

Boys Tennis Meeting

To all boys interested in playing Tennis this fall: There will be a meeting Thursday, August 14th at 4 pm at the high school. Girls Swim Practice

The girls swim team will practice Wednesday and Thursday August 13th & 14th from 2PM to 3:30PM. Athletes should bring tennis shoes, shorts and a t-shirt for dry land training these two days. All athletes must have a physical on file to participate in practices!

Football Practice Starts

The first official day of practice is Monday August 11th. All practices will be held at RUHS. Practice times are from 9am to 1030am and 4PM to 7PM. This schedule will run Monday through Friday.
